Document Delivery:  Document delivery solutions are becoming much more dynamic.  With today's information overload it's more important than ever to create documents that are clear and easy to understand.  We'll create a document solution that will optimize layout and configuration, incorporate one-to-one marketing messages, take advantage of postal discounts, and create an electronic delivery version if you desire.  Primadata will get 100% of your document projects delivered to the USPS on the date you designate. 

Transactional Mail: We produce statements, invoices, benefits information and tax notices for a variety of industries.  Insurance companies, healthcare providers, and financial institutions all rely on Primadata to produce professional, accurate and easy-to-read documents that are customized and personalized.

Electronic Delivery:  Any document that is mailed can also be delivered electronically.  E-options are flexible, affordable and fast.  And they can integrate into many of your customer's existing sytems-- seamlessly.

MICR Imaging: Live checks can be created with MICR encoded scan lines, either from customer-provided data or financial account information.  Check registers can be created to meet your customer's specifications. And our highly secure environment will give your customer assurance that their checks are produced accurately and securely.

Custom Solutions: We will work in tandem with you and your customer to create and produce documents that are customer-friendly, engaging and accurate.  Tap into our deep expertise in creating an easy-to-read and understandable document that will also act as a marketing vehicle.

Continuous Checks: Choose from several numbering layouts, single or mulit-part (1-6 part continuous form) and up to 5 colors.  Be sure to ask about our complete list of security features, so you can customize checks to your customer's satisfaction.

Pre-printed Cut Sheets: Includes short and long run cut sheets, extensive document security options, and laser compatible inks.

Short-run Products: We can handle runs from 500 - 5,000 with 3-4 day turnaround.  Bring us your business forms, integrated cards/labels or checks, and we'll handle your short-run work at a surprisingly low cost. 

Continuous Forms: Our custom continuous forms capabilities allow you to print and collate up to 8 parts.  We provide single part multi-part forms, snap outs and custom units sets.

Unit Sets: Choose from custom unit sets, carbonless cut sets using either edge glued or conventional binding stubs.

Graphics Design Services: Our prepress department would be happy to assist you in graphics design.  We prepare your artwork using Mac OS-10 systems, Agfa scanners and Imagesetters.  We can accept your files in a variety of formats:  Quark Express 6.5, Adobe CS1, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher. When you're short on time or resources, let us help!

Warehousing: We'll print and store your documents for you, saving you time, space and money.  This is particularly useful for customers who use pre-printed Cut Sheets. Ask about our secure materials storage, warehouse and fulfillment.  Perfect for negotiable forms, checks, medical and financial information, event tickets, and premium fulfillment items.
